    Yes. Patiently AI does not store your medical text. Processing happens in real time and nothing is saved or used for training. We're GDPR-compliant, ICO-registered, and Cyber Essentials certified.

    The public PWA is hosted on Google Cloud (currently us-central1) with no customer data retained — text is processed in-memory and discarded.
