7. AI Tools and Services

7.1 Use of AI Tools
Our AI tools are provided for informational and assistance purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or absolute accuracy of the output generated by our AI tools.
7.2 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output generated by our AI tools. MedCopywriter is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of our AI tools or reliance on their output.
7.3 Compliance
When using our MedCheckr or any other compliance-related tools, you remain responsible for ensuring your materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Our tools are aids and do not replace professional judgment or legal advice.
7.4 Content Generation
For tools that generate or modify content (such as the Medical Text Optimiser, Medical Text Simplifier, or Tone Tuner AI), you are responsible for the final content and its use. MedCopywriter does not claim ownership of the content you create using our tools.
7.5 Data Input
Do not input any sensitive personal data, protected health information, or confidential information into our AI tools. We process but do not store your input data, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security during processing.

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Subscription Terms
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the subscription terms, including the selected plan's duration and price.
8.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal unless you cancel.
8.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
8.4 Refunds
Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial use of a subscription period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site, its content, and any services or items obtained through the Site is at your own risk. The Site, its content, and any services or items obtained through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation on Liability

No waiver by MedCopywriter of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of MedCopywriter to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and MedCopywriter regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.

 These additional terms apply specifically to your use of the HushMap iOS application.

 App Usage and Access

 - Available exclusively through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms

 Device Requirements

 User-Generated Content

 - All reports must be accurate, honest, and based on your actual experience
 - You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for service improvement

 Location Services and Mapping
